If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping estimates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs agencies, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs duties may be subject to additional shipping charges.
